By booking a treatment or buying from Gaia Wellness, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they are here to keep things clear and fair for everyone.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment so we can offer the time to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking or purchase.
Gift cards can be used towards any treatment or product and are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
Our treatments support relaxation and recovery and are not a substitute for medical advice. Please let us know of any health conditions before your session, and check with your doctor if you are unsure whether a treatment is right for you.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
