When you book, purchase, or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, booking details and payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store card numbers.
We use your information to manage bookings and orders, send confirmations and reminders, respond to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send occasional wellness notes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run our site and bookings (such as our booking, payment and email tools) and where required by New Zealand law.
